I suppose if you happen to own the Xbox One, one particular game that would have occupied most of your time and attention in the past week or so would have been Titanfall. It is a game that has captured the imagination of many, and you can be sure that should a movie concerning the series be released, it would be able to find quite a sizeable number of gamers flock to cinemas, as there is always something about huge robots slugging it out with one another that we fancy. Well, the $79.99 Titanfall R.A.T. 3 mouse might be the first of many Titanfall-laced products or gaming peripherals, so brace yourselves!
The Titanfall R.A.T. 3 mouse comes with a gaming-grade 3500 DPI optical sensor so that you have one less excuse when you fail to dispatch of your opponents properly in a deathmatch. Apart from that, this gaming mouse also sports a trio of programmable macro buttons across 3 modes, resulting in 9 user-definable commands. There are also 4 user-definable DPI settings that range from 450 to 3500. Kudos to the folks over at Mad Catz for turning the ever-popular R.A.T. mouse into one that has been optimized for Titanfall.

So Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall was released not too long ago and so far we have been hearing many good things about it. Of course the game has it fair share of hiccups but this is to be expected of any highly anticipated game that has to deal with the influx of gamers rushing to play the game as soon as it has been released.
Now apparently the Titanfall that you are enjoying is not the full game, at least not what the developers wanted to ship. Apparently because of time constraints, Respawn Entertainment had to omit certain features of the game but thankfully it looks like those features are on its way. (more…)

Titanfall’s Anti-Cheat System Will Force Cheaters To Play With Other Cheaters
Posted in: Today's ChiliWhen Titanfall was released, gamers quickly noticed a problem with the game and that is that there were plenty of cheaters on it. This is currently affecting the PC version of the game and it looks like Respawn Entertainment is finally doing something about it as they had previously promised.
Now the good news for cheaters is that they will not be banned. Instead it seems like Respawn will be collecting all the information they can on you and will be quarantining you instead of outright banning you. This sounds like a great idea, right? Maybe, maybe not. (more…)

If you have not gotten enough of Titanfall on your Xbox One just yet, then you might have run into connectivity issues for Titanfall on the PC and Xbox One platforms. Fret not, though, as the folks over at Respawn claim that they are fully well aware of this particular situation, and intend to make the necessary changes and modifications in order to keep everything running fine and dandy again.

A few weeks back, we mentioned that the price of the Xbox One and Titanfall bundle in had come down a bit in the UK. At the time, I wondered if that price cut would be coming to the US as well. We now know that the lower price is indeed coming to the US.
Reports indicate that the price of the Xbox One and Titanfall bundle at Best Buy and Walmart is being reduced by $50. That makes the console bundle available for $450. That brings the cost of the Xbox One closer to the price of the PS4 in the US.
However, the Xbox One is still $50 or so more than the PS4. The PS4 sells for $399, but you do get one of the best games around for the Xbox One in the bundle, so the price works out to be competitive. Interestingly the price discount is said to be coming from the retailers, not Microsoft.
