Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall will be making its way onto Microsoft’s Windows and Xbox platforms on the 11th of March. We’re sure this is a game many are looking forward to after seeing the gameplay videos and seeing how Microsoft went as far as tweaking the Xbox One’s controller just for the game.

Microsoft has also revealed a Titanfall Xbox One bundle that is basically a regular Xbox One with the game bundled. However there will also be a limited edition Xbox One controller available, and last we heard there were rumors about a Titanfall edition Xbox One console as well. Turns out the rumors were true, thanks to a recent photo posted by Respawn, although the downside is that gamers won’t be able to buy it. (more…)

While Microsoft enjoyed great success with the Halo franchise, safe to say that it is getting a bit old. It doesn’t mean that it’s no longer good, but it is old. Kind of like Blizzard’s World of Warcraft where despite the game being played by millions, its popularity is starting to wane in favor of newer titles.

That being said, many believe that the upcoming Titanfall game for the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Xbox One console along with PC has the potential to eclipse Halo, but we guess we will have to play it for ourselves in order to see if that is true. We’re sure many gamers out there have marked their calendars for the 11th of March which is when Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall game will be released. The game will be exclusive to Microsoft’s platforms, meaning that it will arrive on platforms such as the Xbox 360, the Xbox One, and the PC running on Windows.

Depending on the gamer, they might choose to play the game on their consoles or on their computers, and for those who are choosing the latter, you should probably make sure that you have sufficient storage left on your hard drive because according to Respawn Entertainment’s founder, it will take up a fair amount of space.
