[CES 2014] The folks over at Corsair have just announced that they will be introducing 64GB, 32GB, and 16GB capacities for their range of Corsair Flash Voyager GO USB 3.0 flash drives. These will be lightweight in nature, and also highly portable, and unlike other standard issue USB flash drives, these bad boys will feature a Micro-USB connector that paves the way for a convenient data transfer as well as storage for PCs, notebooks, and Micro-USB OTG-compatible Android phones and tablets.
For instance, the Flash Voyager GO’s Micro-USB connector would make it a snap to transfer videos, music, and photos from and between OTG-compatible Android devices, all the while with the USB 3.0 connector opening up an easy and fast storage solution for those files to and between desktop and laptop computers. It will arrive in a sleek metal alloy base and high-gloss mirror finish, in addition to a retractable connector with convenient thumb slide. Depending on your budget, you will be able to pick from 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacities.
As for the Lexar JumpDrive S33 USB 3.0 Flash Drive, the new 128GB JumpDrive S33 delivers read speeds up to 100MB/s and write speeds up to 55MB/s, being one of the smallest USB 3.0 drives available in the market. I am quite sure that by now, many of us have already amassed quite a collection of USB flash drives over the months and years that have gone by. Hardly any conference or road show is devoid of a USB flash drive which more often than not contains the press release of a particular company, or a portfolio of new products.
