The first DLC pack for the popular game Call of Duty: Ghosts is set to land later this month. The DLC pack will be called Onslaught and it will be the first of four DLC packs coming in 2014. The DLC pack includes four maps and other content for gamers to enjoy.
It will include maps called Fog set in a spooky camp where players can turn into the horror character Michael Myers from Halloween. The pack also includes BayView with a close quarters map set in California on the boardwalk.
The third map is Containment set in a Mexican village. The last map is ignition set in an old rocket launch facility. The DLC pack also includes the first episode of the episodic consent called Extinction Episode 1: Nightfall. it also has a new weapon for multiplayer called Maverick that can be an assault rifle or a sniper rifle.
The Onslaught expansion pack will launch on Xbox Live on January 28, and will hit other platforms down the road.

If you are a fan of LEGO, video games, and zombies you will enjoy this video. The video was made by Brian Anderson, and it is awesome. It looks like professional grade animation done for a LEGO themed game.
As the disclaimer at the start of the video says, the footage isn’t from any actual game, but if they made it I would totally play it. The game is loaded with themes from the popular game The Last of Us, with LEGO minifigs building the weapons they need to kill the tumor-laden bad guys.
As they beat them, the baddies give up LEGO coins. After all the bad guys are dead, the hero and his sidekick bust through the door only to reveal they’re not alone in the zombie apocalypse. Check out the video for yourself, it’s very cool.

I mentioned yesterday when I came across those the sweet Game of Thrones house sigil snowflakes that I had just started watching the series. I’m quite hooked now and I think it’s great news that a video game based on the epic HBO series is coming. The game is coming from Telltale Games, the company behind the episodic game The Walking Dead, and the Sam and Max adventures among others.
Telltale isn’t offering up much in the way of details, other than to say it is partnering with HBO on the game. That means the game will be official, and it better be good. Telltale had great success with the episodic game based on The Walking Dead, hopefully the Game of Thrones game is just as good.
If that video game isn’t enough to get you excited, Telltale has also announced an episodic game based in the Borderlands universe. The game is called Tales from the Borderlands. It will follow characters we know from Borderlands 2 and new characters.
Both games are landing sometime in 2014, and will be available on PC, Mac, mobile, and game consoles.
