Nintendo DSi now up for Amazon and GameStop preorder

Those of you feeling the need to tell someone your credit number before the Nintendo DSi’s April 5th US street date take heart: Amazon and GameStop are now both accepting preorders. You’re looking at $169 for the base system from either retailer, but GameStop will happily jack the price with some bundled accessories if you’re feeling generous. Anyone gonna throw down?

Nokia USA now taking pre-orders for 5800 XpressMusic

There are already plenty of ways to get an American E63, so don’t pay too much attention to the phone on the left here — but the 5800 XpressMusic… well, that’s another story altogether. As rumored, the version of the S60 5th Edition handset with North American 3G is running $399 — though a promotion on the Nokia site knocks 10 percent off of that right from the get-go. No ship date is listed (we’re still hoping to see it later this month), so fair warning: all you’ll really be doing here is getting in line and hoping that nothing at MWC this week cools you to the 5800’s wiles.

Samsung NC20, 3G NC10 now available for pre-order in the UK

The Russians have already declared their love, and soon you’ll be able to get your mitts on the Samsung NC20 and see for yourself what all the fuss is about. It’s now available for pre-order from UK retailer BT Shop, priced at £390.98 ($565) VAT included, with a white model due out in February and a black iteration in March. Both models sport a 12.1-inch WXGA display, Windowx XP Home Edition, 1.3GHz VIA Nano U225 CPU processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Bluetooth, 3-in-1 card reader, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a 6 Cell battery — no SSD option at the moment. Additionally, the shop is also showing a new NC10 equipped with HSDPA coming next month for £416.63 ($602) with VAT, which is £107 ($154) more than its non-3G equivalent. Not to worry, US readers, we’re sure Sammy will be asking for your Benjamins soon enough.

[Thanks, Darpan]
