The All New HTC One Will Be Available Immediately After Its March 25 Unveiling
Posted in: Today's ChiliHTC continues to do an absolutely terrible job of plugging leaks related to its upcoming HTC One flagship smartphone which replaces last year’s HTC One of the same name. Today, we learned the new model will go on sale immediately after it’s made official by HTC on March 25 at a special event in NYC, thanks to a leaked Carphone Warehouse release that went out a tad early. The release… Read More
HTC is most probably banking on their spanking new HTC One smartphone that will debut this coming March 25th, and it goes without saying, too, that there will most probably be a whole new version of HTC’s custom Sense user interface that will feature on the upcoming flagship as well. It is a rather fortunate thing, then, that we will have no need to wait until later this month in order to check out what HTC Sense 6.0 is like if this early leak is anything to go by.

Unlocked HTC One Price Reduced
Posted in: Today's ChiliHTC has been in the news a lot recently. Primarily because it is gearing up to launch the much awaited All New HTC One. There’s a lot riding on the company’s 2014 flagship. Even though the HTC One was well received last year, it failed to do much for the company’s finances. It needs a hit to ensure its return from the financial slump its dwelling in. The jury is still out on the All New HTC One, but the company has now reduced the price of last year’s flagship to squeeze out as many sales as it possibly can.

It does seem as though the upcoming flagship smartphone from Taiwanese manufacturer, HTC, will simply retain the name of its predecessor – the HTC One, and not the “All New HTC One” as originally rumored. This statement was derived from the possibility of the recent eBay listing of the unreleased Verizon-bound HTC One that showed off a package with just the words “HTC One” on the outside without depicting the handset itself. Well, we now have received word from “a source close to a popular mobile phone retail chain” that they will want to keep on selling the original HTC One alongside the 2014 HTC One.
I suppose we will just have to wait until this coming March 25th to receive the whole picture, so it should not be too long of a wait with slightly less than a fortnight ago. The upcoming HTC One will boast of improved hardware specifications compared to its predecessor, so to have a cheaper HTC One around might prove to be a decent alternative for those who want a high quality handset without having to fork out too much money for it in the first place. Other companies have also done the same, such as Apple retaining its older generation iPhone despite rolling out the iPhone 5s.

The All New HTC One which has not yet been released officially despite being underneath the spotlight for way too many times in recent memory, has already made an appearance on eBay – and apparently, this particular smartphone has already been sold. Yes sir, the All New HTC One (aka the HTC M8) on its eBay listing points to the packaging of the handset, which also confirms its name. Apparently, the packaging points to a simple naming convention that is similar to that of its predecessor, the HTC One, with no sign of “All New” spotted on the box label.
