Jumpin’ Jehosaphat! After well over a year of false starts, delays, teases and purported prices, ASUS’ PC-in-a-keyboard is just about ready to ship to eager Americans. If you’ll recall, we heard a few weeks back that late April would finally bring about Stateside shipments of the EeeKeyboard, and amazingly, the price seems to have remained constant with what we heard back in January. A fresh product listing over at Amazon shows off a $599 asking price, and as for specs, we’re told that it’ll roll with a 1.6GHz Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of DDR2 memory, Windows XP Home, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, a gigabit Ethernet jack, Bluetooth 2.1, a 16GB SSD, HDMI out, integrated UWB receiver, a trio of USB 2.0 sockets and a 5-inch LED-backlit, multitouch display with an 800 x 480 resolution.Mum’s the word on a definite ship date, but hit up the source link to secure your place in line.

Microsoft’s extra capacious Zune HD just went on sale last week, and already orders are hitting the doorsteps of eager music lovers. A tipster with a commendable level of kindness dropped us a gallery’s worth of unboxing photos, and as you’d expect, nary a thing has changed on the outside. At this point it would have been more surprising if Best Buy hadn’t just gone ahead and sold the Flip Slide HD before its official launch — we’ve been getting leaked info and product shots from the retailer for a week now, and it was really only a matter of time before someone went home with one. That someone is our new favorite reader Scott Peterson, who nabbed one at the Roseville, California store for $279 and was kind enough to send in this photo and a quick video of the pocket cam in action. It looks like… a pretty chunky Flip with a slideout touchscreen instead of real buttons. We’re also seeing a headphone jack in addition to HDMI out, which no other Flip has had, so we’re guessing this thing is geared towards on-the-go playback as well as recording. Cute. Unfortunately we won’t know what’s what for sure until Cisco actually confirms that this thing is real — and at this point it might as well just get it over with, as we’re sure Best Buy is busy leaking the next model already. Talk about a revival story. Recently saved from the brink of disaster, Think Electric is back in a big way. Fittingly announced around the New York Auto Show, the company has revealed that it will begin selling its Think City — one of the planet’s first highway-capable electric vehicles, it’ll have you know! — in New York and “other select cities” later on in 2010. Think’s currently working in conjunction with the US Department of Energy’s local Clean Cities chapters to make it happen in the Big Apple, but exact details (you know, like an on sale date and MSRPs) are nowhere to be found. Considering this company’s position just six months ago, though, we’ll take whatever progress we can get.

We spotted this suit-and-tie wearing pair sneaking through the FCC’s lairs a few weeks ago, and now we know the whens and wheres of buying one… in the UK, anyway. The Dell Latitude E6410 is currently listed with a base price of £749 ($1,128) and features a 14.1-inch display (WXGA and WXGA+ options), a Core i5 or Core i7 processor, Windows Vista or 7, a pair of DDR3 RAM slots, NVIDIA’s NVS 3100M (512MB) graphics, a variety of storage options, a Blu-ray or DVD drive, optional mobile broadband and all the expected ports around the edges. The E6510 steps up to a 15.6-inch panel (with a 1080p version selectable) and offers up a few extra CPU options, but otherwise it’s identical. There’s no word on when these kind fellows will make their way stateside, but if we were the betting type, we’d put our pounds and / or greenbacks on “real soon.”
